This workshop will focus on the realities of today's nonprofit fundraising environment and how board and staff collaboration and outreach is critical to reaching fundraising goals. This program will be valuable for long-term board members mindful of succession planning; individuals interested in becoming board members; board leaders who want to learn about effective board fundraising; and nonprofit professional staff.

From the homepage of Naperville.net, Members can now link to the Chamber’s pages in the social media environment and learn about upcoming events, Chamber news and legislative updates. Members can benefit through these venues by furthering their networking opportunities online. Follow the Chamber on Twitter to receive the latest updates. Become a fan of the Chamber on Facebook and post your information to our Wall by attaching a link to a press release or a photo of a recent event. The Chamber’s LinkedIn group is growing and is a great opportunity for Members to connect online and get your information out to fellow Members. New Members – Are you truly connected? Would you like to be? Then make plans now to attend this seminar geared toward helping new Members better understand, and take full advantage of their membership package. The Membership Connection Committee will be helping mentor new Members through their first year with the Chamber. They will answer questions and shed light on the best way to take advantage of everything the Chamber has to offer.
